Refund policy

When placing an order on DTFJAX.com, you accept that there are no cancellations or refunds.  We are processing your order quickly for next business day pick up.  If DTFJAX makes a mistake made on your order, we will make it right.  However, poor image quality is not a mistake on DTFJAX.  If your image is low resolution, it will print poorly. There are tools within the Gang Sheet Builder that tell you image resolution, if images are overlapping each other and if images are outside the art board.  You will receive warnings when you click Save and Add to Cart.  If you proceed by clicking Print Anyway, you accept the printed results.
